Brief //

Close to the local train station this former Car park has been highlighted for potential redovelopment, during a 2 week excersise a few solutions were provided included a mixed use scheme.

Proposals // 

1. Erection of 1 large retail unit at ground floor with service area to rear. 

2. 6 levels of care home.

3. 3 levels of flats above retail.

4. 4 storeys of flats containing 8 no. large 2 bedroom flats.
