BRIEF //
The client wished to convert a 10 bedroom property in the heart of north London, into 5 studio flats. The task was for a modern and affordable living solution in terms of build cost, as well as a high quality interior design solution for each apartement. Complete basement overhaul and dividing of entrances were also required.
PROPOSALS //
1. 5 no. studio flats - Interior design.
2. New entrance for basement flat.

Drafting of a full set of proposed floor plans & sections.

Internal adjacency strategy for interior layouts/ drafting of a full set of proposed floor plans for builders.
