Brief //

The local council had been looking for ways to rejuvinate the retail hub of Evesham town centre. The proposal would implement a more urban strategy in order to bring a new lease of life to the aeging town. Providing living, shopping and eating spaces and encouraging tourism within the town centre.

Proposals // 

1. Masterplan for 4 hectare site.

2. 2 types of care home on ground and first floors.

3. Large apartements with roof gardens on upper 3 floors.

4. Large retail units on ground floor.
