The client requested us to develop 2 adjacent plot s of land into 2 types of care home a) Extra Care and b) Assisted Living. The site sits on a dramatic 2 metre slope from one end to another, and in addition to this, Littlehampton also resides in a conservation area due to the historical importance of the site.

2. Masterplan providing green space for local area.
