BRIEF //

The client wished to start a brand new independant coffee shop, to bring the London style of cafe to Ashford. This was to both uplift the local high street as well as bring the first Vegan Cafe to Ashford. I was requested to undertake the planning process for the change of use application from A1 to A3, as well as submit further applications for additional signage. I was also asked to come up with a brand identity and strategy.
