The site, which lies in a flood risk zone, close to whitstable beach, is in an opportune area for 2 houses to be built. Due to its close proximity to neighbouring houses, privacy was a slight issue, meaning the side elevations were left as bare brick, and all windows were placed to the front and rear of the property.
